Water hardness ion digital sensor adopts advanced ion-selective electrode method (ISE method), high sensitivity, rapid signal response, accurate measurement, stable performance, simple maintenance. The measurement and control system is characterised by ease of use, high accuracy and economy. The use of this series of advanced analytical techniques ensures the stable reliability and accuracy of the sensor for long-term operation.


It is used for continuous monitoring and control of ion content in aqueous solution in drinking water treatment plants, tanker plants, drinking water distribution networks, water quality treatment projects, etc.


Product features


1. This product is an ion digital sensor, which can directly output RS485 signal.

2. The product has high precision, high stability and strong anti-interference ability.

3. Automatic temperature compensation function.

4. Without instrumentation, it can be directly connected to computers, PLCs and other equipment with RS485 signal interface for data acquisition, which is convenient for users to integrate the sensor into the upper computer system and IOT system and other industrial control environments.

5. RS485 communication can be set up through the sensor, the slave address and baud rate, online calibration, restore the factory, modify the range, the proportion of coefficients and incremental compensation and other settings.

6. Adopt two-point calibration method.
