PGJ-25C /PGJ-25S
TOP
1. The cooling system
·Equipped with:
1) A hermetic compressor;
2) A plate heat exchanger;
3) A high-power condenser;
·The refrigeration technology utilized in this system is eco-friendly, employing a blend of mixed refrigerants and a single compressor;
·Stable, low vibration, low noise;
·The cold trap’s temperature is low and the number is real.
2. The control system
·Equipped with:
1) A two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump to prevent oil return;
2) KF-25, the standard size for quick flange fittings;
3) A 5" color touch screen:
- Record and present real-time data. Get an at-a-glance view of live readings, including vacuum pressure, cold trap temperature, and material and shelf temperatures. These readings collectively construct the freeze-drying curve;
- Efficiently capture and continuously monitor comprehensive data on the material and the freeze dryer’soperational status;
- Off-linedata is available for analysis, printing, and storage;
4) USB ports.
·Automatically monitor the vacuum pressure. If the vacuum pressure fails to reach the designated setpoint within the stipulated timeframe, an automatic shutdown of the vacuum pump is triggered;
·Access the cumulative operating hours of the vacuum pump, serving as a reliable indicator to determine the optimal timing for changing the vacuum pump oil;
·The compressor incorporates a restart delay mechanism, and an integrated thermal overload module is employed to safeguard the freeze-dryer from overheating.
3. Structural designs
·Casing: a vertical, arc-shaped integrated structure; ·Display: a circular round screen, positioned at a forty- five-degree angle to the freeze-dryer. This design conforms to ergonomics, making it simple, elegant, and aesthetically pleasing;
·The top surface is constructed from 304 stainless steel, renowned for its exceptional corrosion resistance and resistance to acids and alkalis;
·The cold trap’s design features a large opening and omits the need for internal condenser coils, helping speed up the sublimation process and facilitating convenient CIP (clean-in-place) procedures. Without the condenser coils, the cold trap offersample room for accommodating shelves and pre-freezing samples,saving you the trouble of purchasing a separate ULT freezer or utilizing liquid nitrogen to pre-freeze samples; ·A distinctive flange design is employed in the cold trap to prevent frost build-up;
·A distinctive corrugated seal is created through molding, resulting in multiple layers of sealing that provide enhanced protection.
