TSF-5T Desktop Crude Oil Moisture Testing Centrifuge is capable of performing primary separation, concentration, and purification of emulsions, suspensions, and other samples. It is specifically designed for the determination of water and sediment in crude oil by the centrifugal method, in accordance with the GB/T6533-86 standard requirements. Utilizing centrifugal separation to measure the water and sediment content in crude oil, this centrifuge is an ideal piece of equipment for moisture content determination in the petroleum extraction industry and research institutions.
Feature:
- Driven by an AC frequency conversion motor, with digital display for speed and time;
- The electrical control system is controlled by a microprocessor, with key programming, easy operation, and the instrument is designed with a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing shape;
- During operation, it can switch to display the relative centrifugal force (RCF);
- Automatically stores all parameters that have been run, and they can be directly used the next time the machine is turned on;
- When the speed exceeds the maximum by 500 r/min, the machine will automatically shut down for protection;
- A variety of rotors are available for selection, making the machine versatile;
- The door cover is equipped with an electronic door lock, which prevents the instrument from starting if the door cover is not properly closed (the door lock is not locked). During operation, pressing the door lock button will not open the door cover; it can only be opened when the speed is zero by pressing the door lock button, ensuring the safety of the instrument during use.
