The outer shell of the cabinet is all made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥1.0mm, and the base of the cabinet is made of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate. The inner and outer surfaces are treated with acid washing, phosphating, epoxy resin powder spraying, and heat curing.
The inner linings of the cabinets are all made of PP (polypropylene resin) plates, with a thickness of 4mm. An air inlet is set at the bottom of the cabinet, and a h= 160mm yellow sand (anti-tipping) baffle is installed at the bottom of the cabinet body, which is used to store flammable items such as metallic sodium and yellow phosphorus (white phosphorus).
The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with four silent nylon wheels, facilitating the movement of the cabinet body.
There are three one-time formed polypropylene movable shelves in the middle of the cabinet. The outer edge of each step plate has a liquid accumulation groove to prevent the liquid from overflowing as much as possible. There is a row of air vents at the back of each shelf, and the step height is not less than 50mm (it needs to meet the requirements of UL94-2017 V-0 level).
The top of the cabinet is equipped with a brand brushless/spark-free fan, which is quiet.
Seals: Fireproof expansion seals should be installed between the cabinet door and the cabinet body in accordance with the requirements of GB 16807-2009.
Ceramic fiber cotton: The cabinet body should be filled with ceramic fiber cotton with thermal insulation and heat preservation functions, in compliance with the requirements of GB/T 21114-2007.
Hinges: The hinges should be piano-style hinges.
Electronic password lock: The cabinet is equipped with an electronic password lock and a mechanical lock to achieve dual-person dual-lock management.
Power supply: Complies with the requirements of 5.4 in GB 10409-2019.
Ventilation risk control device: The bottom of the cabinet should be equipped with an air inlet and an adjustable air valve to adjust the air and control the air volume.
Filtration efficiency and adsorption capacity of the filter:
High-efficiency filtration system, in compliance with ASTM standards, effectively targets acidic gases and organic gases with strong adsorption capacity. For particles, it adopts high-efficiency HEPA filters, achieving a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.3um. For standard chemicals: isopropyl alcohol, cyclohexane, hydrochloric acid, the filters should meet the occupational inhalation limits stipulated by the Ministry of Health, and the adsorption capacity should not be lower than the standard specified value.
Filtration Module: The shell is made of PP material, and the interior is filled with adsorption materials mainly composed of high-quality and high-iodine value coconut shell activated carbon. According to the different properties of chemicals, corresponding molecular filters are selected.
