Rotary Evaporator is an indispensable instrument and equipment for evaporation, concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, solvent recovery and other processes in the scientific research and production processes of pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products and other industries.
Characteristic:
• All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene, which have stable performance and are not prone to chemical reactions with the material, making it easy and safe to use.
• The main bracket is made of cold plate anti-corrosion spray plastic + aluminum alloy material, which has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation characteristics. The pot bladder is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable and beautiful in appearance.
• The sealing system adopts polytetrafluoroethylene + fluororubber compound sealing, which can maintain high vacuum.
• Oily vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum with pointer display.
• The piston-type feeding valve is connected to the PTFE extension tube, which can continuously feed the material to the evaporation bottle under vacuum, making it convenient for customers to use.
• Vertical three-layer serpentine coil condenser, main cooling + auxiliary cooling double condenser to ensure high recovery rate.
• Large LCD screen, controls rotation, heating and lifting at the same time, easy to operate, large viewing angle and clear viewing.
• The rotating motor is a brushless deceleration and power-increasing motor, which has no sparks and low noise; the lifting motor is also a deceleration and power-increasing motor.
• Bath pot constant temperature control, pot bottom PT100 sensor + stainless steel probe, fast and accurate temperature transmission.
• The bath pot can be lifted and lowered electrically. The bath pot is equipped with a silicone cover, which is heat-insulated and anti-scalding, and is safe to operate.
• Rotating and heating double fuses have high safety protection performance.
• The collection bottle has a lower discharge port and is connected to a glass + PTFE independent discharge valve. The solution recovery is very fast.
• There is a drain valve at the bottom of the pot for easy draining.
• Vacuum switching valve allows continuous collection and discharge without affecting the system vacuum and solution distillation.
• Over-temperature safety protection function, when the actual temperature exceeds the set temperature by 5℃, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply.
• Anti-dry function, when the water level in the heating pot is lower than the heating tube, the machine will automatically power off.
• If the power is suddenly cut off while the machine is working, the machine will automatically stop heating when the power is turned on again.
